1. Read this before you apply
This disclosure highlights risks and limitations of the card programs and services offered through Wirego. It does not replace the account agreement or program terms.
2. Availability is not guaranteed
Card programs, card types, BIN options, top-up methods, limits and features depend on card program partners, card networks and regional regulation. Availability may change or be withdrawn, and any account is subject to verification and program rules. We do not promise approval, and we do not offer services in unsupported regions.
3. Merchant and platform acceptance
A card may be declined by a merchant or platform for reasons outside our control, including the merchant's own risk controls, country restrictions, card type restrictions or policy changes. Advertising platforms, AI services and SaaS providers apply their own account policies. Our cards do not change those policies and are not designed to avoid or bypass them. Any loss of access to a third-party account is governed by that platform's terms.
4. Prepaid balances
Balances are prepaid funds held under the card program terms. They are not bank deposits, earn no interest and are not covered by deposit insurance schemes. Access to funds can be delayed or restricted during compliance reviews.
5. Digital asset top-ups
If you top up with digital assets such as USDT, you bear the risks of blockchain transactions: irreversible transfers, network fees, confirmation delays, price changes between initiation and credit, and screening holds. Send only supported assets on supported networks; assets sent to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable.
6. Fees and conversion
Card issuing, top-up, foreign exchange and decline fees may apply as set out in your fee schedule. Cross-currency transactions are converted at network or program rates that may include a markup.
7. Operational risks
Service interruptions, partner outages, security incidents and regulatory actions may affect availability. Keep dashboard and API credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
